However, my fear quickly dissolved upon meeting Dr. Nitish Mathur, who proved to be an exceptional dentist whose friendly conversation immediately put me at ease. He effortlessly engaged in a conversation that extended beyond dentistry, making the environment feel less clinical and more relaxed.
Dr. Mathur's ability to make his patients comfortable played a significant role in overcoming my initial hesitations. He patiently listened as I expressed my concerns, and he even shared anecdotes that made me realize I wasn't alone in feeling anxious about dental visits.
What truly amazed me was Dr. Mathur's expert approach to diagnosing and understanding my oral health problems instead of making me explicitly detail my issues. He explained to me the entire treatment process with great clarity that left no room for doubt, and a sense of assurance that I was in capable hands. By the end of the appointment, I found myself agreeing to a dental procedure without a second thought.
I was diagnosed with issues like bleeding gums and pyorrhea, which indicated the need for gum treatment, scaling and even a root canal procedure. After undergoing the scaling treatment and following the prescribed medications, I've noticed a gradual improvement in my gum health and I'm looking forward to soon receiving the root canal treatment to address any remaining concerns.

Dr Mathur was very friendly and approachable, gave us the right treatment and advice which was much needed as we were planning our overseas travel. I was initially apprehensive but Dr Kartik put me at ease by explaining every step of the procedure in very simple terms. He also was kind enough to accommodate me for an appointment inspite of a short notice .Throughout the procedure, he took utmost care to see i was comfortable. The root canal procedure was surprisingly painless and recovery period was without any issue.
This experience has sure changed my apprehensions towards dental treatments.
