My mother (68yrs) has been a patient of Rheumatoid arthritis for 15 years.She is diabetic since 20 years and also has high blood pressure. She was suggested for joint knee replacement surgery by an orthopedic doctor in kumara park four years back but she was not ready to get operated thinking about the recovery time and also due to the expensive surgery cost. We were also postponed due to covid pandemic situation. My mother stays in R R nagar with the positive review she got from her neighbors.We visited Dr. Balasubramanyam in Susheel orthopedic clinic, RR nagar. We had consulted a few doctors regarding this surgery. But my mother felt very confident & comfortable when Dr. Balasubramanyam spoke to her.He patiently listened to her and examined thoroughly. He asked us to undergo surgery of both legs with sufficient gap, as it will help her in recovering in a comfortable way. We decided for the surgery in S S Sparsha hospital, R R nagar as we had insurance coverage there.Doctor gave us assurance to talk to the hospital management and reduce surgery cost, which he did too.

My mother underwent right leg joint replacement in April soon after the surgery she went for physiotherapy in the same clinic.The physiotherapy was done for 15 days. We were very much happy and satisfied with the physiotherapy service as well. . My mother started to walk comfortably and started using the staircase by one month independently.

Doctor was very helpful and cooperative throughout the procedures, and would pick our call anytime and clear our queries, in case he was busy and has missed our call,he used to call back in return. Each time he would answer our queries with same patience.

Later after 3 months my mother happily said that she is ready for left leg surgery, which we did in July. My mother is much more comfortable this time.S S Sparsha Hospital staff were very co operative. Dr. Balasubramanyam is someone who you can trust with full of confidence.Very friendly doctor and always down to earth.

they don't consider Practo's appointment.. after having appointment at 1 pm, we were asked to wait and we waited for 2 hrs. This is so frustration and disappointing. When they don't validate Practo's appointed then they should not allow people book there. This is so not done.

Wonderful doctor. Welspoken and kind. Corrected my medication and as soon as I told one problem to told the rest of the symptoms that shows his experience in the field.

Dr. Balasubramaniam is a very friendly doctor and he was very quick to diagnose the problem. He gave the assurance and instilled confidence that it is minor and would heal within a few days with the help of medicines. Thank you Doctor!
