I have been suffering from lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember.

This time around I decided to consult Dr Prachi and go for a longer course/sessions.

She patiently worked through each individual issue and provided expert advice on what might be wrong. There are so many exercises and their variations that she advised for mobility and strengthening.

My back pain is almost gone now. And the others are manageable asI work through them. Even if it troubles, I know what kind of stretches I should focus on. She explains the exercises and what muscles they focus on and how they would help.

I visited doctor Prachi last week for my rib pain .I have severe pain in front as well as back due to displacement of a rib.She diagnosed the problem and made me do necessary exercises .She listens to the problem with patience and provides correct set of exercises which helped in reduction of pain fast.
