I went for a filling which was done and I was told that it costs just Rs.600/. But I was charged Rs.1600/-, informed that extra rs.1000 was towards covid19 related charged. This was not informed earlier.

They have to display a board in the entrance that patients will be charged Extra 1000 rupees.

The doctor was very arrogant. ** ****** ******* ****** ********* ***** ** *** ********** **** ** ******* We were regular customers since the inception of the clinic in Arekere. But, now regret the long time association with this clinic. We have recommended so many friends to this clinic.

Respected madam, I had given you the appointment only for the consultation and not for any treatment. Moreover you are a hypertensive patient (BP). Without the BP report from a medical practitioner, we will not extract the tooth. Plus for the extraction of the tooth you should have had your dinner. So there are 4 points to be considered here. 1) Your appointment was only for consultation 2) You didn’t get the previous appointment card. 3) You have not had the dinner 4) You had not got the BP report. And on top of all these you were ordering for the extraction of your wisdom tooth. You were behaving like an illiterate and arrogant. If I were interested only in money, without bothering about all the negativity of yours I would have extracted your tooth. It’s not called the money minded. It’s called the “ethical practice” and following the protocol of the procedure. I tried my level best to explain you. But you have failed to understand. Anyways take care and god bless you
