Dr. Sai Manohar is a great person first and also a great Doctor (a rare combination). Firstly he clearly and politely explains in as many words as required (of course his time is precious as many needy kids are always waiting for him) and gives precise treatment (even on WhatsApp and on call that comes as a free bonus for consulting him! - we wont abuse this free service and reach out to him when needed only as any service that's abused will affect other needed ones - after all, all kids are equally loved ones and need this free service in need). His WhatsApp and on call suggestions are accurate so far for us from past 7 years (our kid is 7 years old). He never demands us to visit him unless a physical examination is needed and even when we visit him in apprehension, his diagnosis is same as he explained on WhatsApp. He is such a service oriented Doctor that he always responds to emergency calls/messages even at 2/3 AM! He is our most beloved person whom we will always be indebted to as he takes care of kids health 24/7 who is our most loved ones and our future!. He is a humble person and maintains a humble staff (Of course some big hospitals/other doctors may maintain a polished staff and charge you for polish :-) ). Choice is individuals whether they need to get charged for polish or support humble people by ignoring these and concentrate on Diagnosis which is the primary reason we visit Doctor.

Doctor Sai Manohar is a great human being and a expert in his field. He has a healing magical touch and prescribes the right treatment for our kids. My kid is 16 yrs old but we still prefer and wait for hours to let only Dr Sai Manohar see him. He undercharges than the market although he can make loads of money with his clientele, He gives the same attention and is very humble to all classes of people.

Not giving proper guidance from front end employee,i went client as my son having 104 degree fever but without checking kid temperature doctor given medicine, after asking y temperature not checked then they are given thermameter

Disappointed with the doctor he is not giving time to explain the health condition

Dr Sai Manohar is always reachable when in need and provides helpful consultation on watsapp and call. He will never ask you to visit the clinic if not a physical examination is required. My daughter is 9YO and I have been travelling with her to different cities. But for her health I only trust him as he has an amazing personality/dependable/patience/good listening skills. I will always recommend him for any pediatric consultation. God bless him.

Doctor has huge experience and very good in diagnosis and treatment. He speaks to the point and tell what exact follow up should we do at home. The other plus point is he would respond through Watsapp for any small queries we have and also would pickup emergency calls at anytime. I am thankful for his service.

He's a brilliant paed. Doesnt prescribe unnecessary medicines and most importantly gives a diagnosis as opposed to most other doctors can't even diagnose the problem and just give 10-15 medicines to cover all illnesses they can think of. Been going to him for 6 years for my daughter. Only issue is the wait time which is typically 2 hours + since you go cause of child's sickness so don't have time to take early appointment

He is an amazing doctor and is able to provide medication aptly for the kids. He advices antibiotics only after the basic medication doesn't reduce the problem. The appointments are always full due to people wanting consultation only from him. Hence the wait time is more only when you don't have appointments, which is almost always. But the doctor provides consultation for all the walk-in patients even if it's late in the afternoon/night, if you are at his clinic. His consultation fees are higher for the walk-in patients since it would be outside the visiting hours, but he donates the additional amount collected by them to an orphanage. Kudos to him for his dedication towards kids and, for his initiative in providing to the orphanage. Even though his staff are older people, they are nicer and help in maintaining good hygiene with that many people around.

It was my daughter's 1st visit, felt very happy that I have come to the right place, most of the doctors are not accessable after the treatment, but Dr. Sai Manohar is always available for any emergency advice 24/7. GREAT SERVICE
