Dear Doc. Rashmi, I loved all the services from riva clinic, but since doctors are changing very time we go to get service done, we are little upset about it, kindly arrange the proper staff for the same, will continue for the good services with confidence, if doctors remain same.

Also nidhi was giving proper instructions for any treatment to be taken, but there is no one to guide us as well, LHR treating person isn't trained, so our skin is burnt, for which there is no treatment for the same, refund as well. Kindly look into it and get the solutions done. For instance Sanna had done good job in LHR and peels as well, bcoz she was trained, even parlour person is also doing LHR, which is not advisable. We are paying money for the same.

It was a great privilege and an unforgettable experience to have met you. I filled very satisfied 👍👍
