**Visited for back stressed muscle**

Initially I was not clear what to name the issue also (I was kind of having burning sensation on back, developed while working for long hours, although I take breaks in b/w somehow I got a habit of tightly leaning back on the chair while working, due to that I think I got the issue). Doctor gently understood the symptoms and ensured it is not any spine related issue. He suggested me to take X-ray to understand the curvature of my lower back (lumbar lordosis) to suggest the exercises. Based on that, doctor suggested 5-10 days therapy includes IFT and whole back and neck joint cracking for freeing the body (that popping sound we get when bones are cracked). And also on Day-2 he provided me the simple customized exercises based on my condition, these I need to continue to avoid the issues in future as my job is sitting and working with computer. He suggested me to apply Sensur lotion as well whenever I feel pain/burning sensation, this lotion is good. Everyday I was feeling much better, after 5 days I was doing good, so he suggested me to continue the exercises and not needed to take physiotherapy sessions. The cost of the each session is nominal. Total cost of the treatment is very affordable.

It is been 15 days after my session, I am not having any issues, I am doing good. Doctor Mahesh is very friendly, accombadative and goto person for any doubts. His staff is also friendly, Dr Jyoshna performed IFT for me, she is also very friendly and helpful to resolve the doubts. Thank you very much both of you. Highly recommend this hospital for any physiotherapy related issues.

My journey with Dr. Mahesh began during the most painful time in my life to date. Looking back, I recall when I had cervical spine issues and I did not see the face of my therapist that first day because I was in such grave pain. At the first touch he Instantly dispelled what I thought caused my condition and right away started a course of action. And an year back again, I have seen Dr. Mahesh for ongoing my lower back and shoulder pain issues (I am an IT guy and play cricket regularly). Dr. Mahesh conducted a thorough examination and explained my issues in a clear yet comprehensive way, leaving me reassured. After following Dr. Mahesh’s advice, my back and shoulder pain has reduced significantly. Mahesh is a superb physio with a very friendly manner.

I have been extremely happy with the treatment I have received.

I was diagnosed with diffuse disc bulge with protrusion at L5 - S1 level. Many doctors advised surgery as the only option.

Dr Mahesh has been my liver saver and go to expert for the last 6years. Earlier disk herniation and now disk protrusion, I was suffering from severe pain and discomfort on the lower back and right leg. Doctors advised extreme rest or surgery. But with Dr Mahesh, 7 sessions plus exercises did the work.

The pain has subsided upto 75% now and i am comfortable to resume daily activities (still limited) within 2 weeks.
