I had connected with Nidhi in December 2021 and I assure everyone that it was the best decision I had ever made. I started my journey with Nidhi in October 2020. I was actually skeptical about dieting and stuff. But I was wrong.

Her diet has been quite easy to follow with just a few changes here and there to whatever I was eating as a vegetarian. She understands our way of living and adjusts our diet accordingly so that we are able to adapt to it without feeling overwhelmed.

Even if we are not comfortable with what she has advised we can freely talk to her about making adjustments.

Hi, I would I like to share my weight loss journey wit Dt. Nidhi Nigam.

Firstly, I am totally obsessed in regard to my weight and was trying hard through my workout sessions to lose weight but was not able to lose to my expectation. Then I got an idea with one of my friends for consulting a dietician and she gave me reference of Dt. NIDHI NIGAM.

But my thought regarding dieting was completely different like have to skip meals and eat very less amount of food or have to starve but after meeting Nidhi my concept has changed.

Diet is all about eating right at the right time and the right quantity.

The best part of my diet program is that Nidhi never forced me to eat any particular type of food instead always made my diet chart keeping in mind my eating habits and gave me lot of options which made my journey easy.

I had high levels of ESR and C Reactive protein because of a sudden flare up of arthiritis. I had severe swelling in my knee, ankles and toes and was at a stage where I could not walk. I contacted Nidhi based on a friend's referral and it was comforting to hear that she knew about the challenges of sero negative arthiritis. She was able to guide me through a veg diet and she would monitor progress every 10 days with a detailed video call. I'm happy to report that my levels came down substantially in 3 months!
