She doesn’t preach to be positive but rather makes the person come to the conclusion by himself/herself after a very practical application of her teachings and experience. She has in-depth knowledge of her field. Don’t doubt that. It took me a year of dragging my feet to see a therapist given the stigma in our society but I am glad that when I finally did take that step, Dr Sen is the one I came to. Thank you!Read less

Just with 2 sessions i feel much better about handling situations in my life. She even gave me notes on how to handle things myself when i encounter them and don't have to run to her every now and then. Helped me feel calm about my issues, i didn't have any anxiety sharing my thoughts with her.. she was very non judgemental and clear. Highly recommend. If you are going through mental stress pls take time and take therapy don't put it for another day.. it will truly make a difference. Read less
