In the f...Read moreAbout 1.5 months ago, I went to see Dr. Prasad for the first time because my neck was hurting a lot. He did this needle thing called dry needling - which is quite painful but super effective - and after a few days, my neck felt much better.
In the first session, he noticed that it wasn't just my neck; my posture needed fixing too. I had a lot of stress from working too much and some bad experiences from the past, and that showed in how I stood and sat. Dr. Prasad's treatments not only relaxed my body but also made me think more about how I sit and stand every day.
The osteopathic manipulation sessions are super relaxing. I feel really calm and balanced after those.
Now, I'm not someone who likes exercising, never have. The workouts with Dr. Prasad aren't my favorite, I'll admit. But I've actually gotten a lot better, which feels good. I can really see and feel the change in my body. I can't believe I've been doing these painful needle sessions and daily exercises since so many weeks now.
Dr. Prasad is a bit of a perfectionist, I think. Sometimes it feels like he cares more about my health than I do! But that's the best part about him. It shows he really wants to help and prevent any future problems with my health. That's rare with many doctors nowadays.
Dr. Prasad has made a big difference for me. From fixing my painful neck to helping me relax and even getting me to exercise every day, he's been awesome. Highly recommended for any chronic pain, sports related injury or any rehabilitation.
