First Eat Right Clinic- Vijayanagar, Chandra Layout

This place deserves a 5 star review because before i came here i never believed in the importance of diet in one's life and i always felt i ate healthy and there is no need to modify my diet.However despite being health conscious and having a very disciplined exercise regime i was unable to shed the weight i had gained due to hormonal imbalance. I then made up my mind to see a dietitian who could recommend a diet which involves just home made food and no fancy supplements. That is when i came across - First eat right, it is the right place to go if you wish to lose weight in a healthy way. The diet plans are all customized to your eating habits and are easy to follow. Dr Nafeesa was extremely patient in hearing out my concerns and providing a well balanced diet plan comprising of normal home cooked meals and absolutely no fancy supplements. The team at first eat right are extremely responsive and helpful in answering all queries i went to them with during the whole program. I was successfully able to lose 12.5 kilos with the program. Definitely helps you learn to " first eat right " :)

Good experience with the doctor and felt very friendly while discussing my medical conditions, she understood my problems and suggested me some practical solutions which were easy to follow. Now I am following it since 1 month, I feel very nice and good health wise, energy wise and freshness.
