I’ve had a very positive experience working with Dr. Usha Satish .she listened to me carefully without judgment and explained things in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt comfortable opening up from the beginning.

She helped me understand my emotions better like angry is emotion and how I react is my behaviour , so it's ok to be angry once a while but it's important how I behave at that moment and gave me tools I actually use in everyday situations.Sometimes sessions felt a bit time is running away, but overall the support was very valuable.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and thoughtful therapist.

The doctor patiently listen toy problems and gave me lot of suggestions to improvise on my day to day activities. She is very kind and soft spoken and really the session with her helped me to come out of lateral thinking and bring energy and confidence.

Took a session with Usha Mam and am feeling much better in one session to be honest. She was patient throughout the session and made me feel safe and heard. She gave a different perspective to my thoughts which I had not seen so far. Will work on it and definitely will go for more sessions with her.
