Dr was 30 minutes late to her clinic. For a 5.30 appointment I could meet her at 6.15 pm
With respect to the treatment, I was instantly offered atypical treatments like peels and procedures using diamond tip. Doctor could not explain what the diamond tip will do to my skin.
When I asked for topical creams prior to any such treatment, she enforced that this is the only solution eventually better do it now.

Consultations are efficient and professional, addressed the issues I raised perfectly. The staff are warm and friendly, always willing to offer help. The procedures were done by experts with clean equipments and good technique. The premises are well-maintained and easily accessible.
There can be a bit of waiting, especially on busy days. You have to be prepared to spend a few hours here, particularly if you are undergoing a procedure.
