Having had bad experiences "dentists" in the past leading me to develop phobia of Dentists and Dentistry in general, Dr. Thomas was a welcome relief. I had 2 procedures at his clinic 1: Root Canal and 2: Impacted Wisdom tooth (which was broken in half) removal. He is an astute professional and does a fantastic job in explaining everything in detail. Both my procedures were pain free and post-op treatment was a breeze with the instructions he had provided. His knowledge and experience made me feel at ease. I also found him to be honest and candid...there was no flowery/unneeded talk or any embellishments of any sort. He was clear about what he is going to do and was clear about his expectations from me as a patient. Most important of all, he is highly punctual. If you fix an appointment at 10:30 AM, ensure you are there on time. He will not make you wait for hours before you get on with the appointment. I found that he pays special attention to the safety and hygiene at the clinic. I observed that he and his assistants enforce "mask-on" policy when not undergoing the procedure and my oxygen saturation was checked on all the 3 days that I visited him for consultation along with mandatory use of sanitizer. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas. His capable hands and professional approach help me overcome my long-standing phobia of dentists and dentistry.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the very professional approach of Dr.Vivek in fixing my tooth ache which had been bothering me for quite sometime. I had nightmares with lot of pain and sensitivity even after fixing my crown by an other dentist. We have always gone to Crowns & Bridges for any dental troubles. We are very happy with the solutions provided every single time. Dr. Vivek ensures he explains every step of the procedure which is not something one often gets to see. This comforts the patient and he or she is well aware of what to expect at every stage. This time around, I visited him for having dentures fixed for my grandma. She's 86 and the whole process (from appointments to pre-during-post procedures) has been so organized and meticulous.
