Ok, when you go to a doctor you want someone to go to who inspires confidence and trust. I have to say that at Dermazeal every time I went there I was afraid for my skin and health because of the absolute lack of professionalism. ** ** ** **** * ********* ****** ******* ***** ****** **** ******* ******* **** ** **** ** ********* *********
Despite charging exorbitant amounts they have absolutely no value for your time. They overbook themselves on purpose which ends up in 1-2 hours of waiting time at their clinic.
I cannot believe I fell for this * ** * **** ** *** **** *** ***** *** ******** *** *** ** ***** * ***** ***** ***** ****** * ******* I went in for a consult and she bamboozled me into buying a pack ***** ****** *** * **** without answering any questions on the actual medical procedures or the need for them. *** ****** **** ***** * ****** *** ******* ***** ***** ********
After this the absolute lack of transparency or any details given to the patient on procedures being performed freaked me out! I had to demand that someone explain who is performing the procedure and why - this should basic information that is provided to everyone that I had to beg for. Dr. Janet tried to pin it on the reception/nursing staff for this - I am sure they are treated terribly here too, just that no one has spoken up yet.
Coming to the doctors - no one takes accountability for your case. Dr. Janet was who I consulted with after which Dr. Varsha did a couple of my sessions, then Dr. Shishra took another session for me out of nowhere. For the same procedure on paper, Dr. Varsha and Dr. Shishira followed different steps and took different amounts of time. I preferred Dr. Shishira because she atleast bothered to check with me during the procedure if I was in pain or explain what she was doing and why. Dr. Varsha seems to have a stake in this practice and is only interesting in getting done with you as quickly as possible and collecting her money. Dr. Janet never looked at me again after seeing my credit card swipe in the first session.
MOST IMPORTANT: They don't bother to even record your condition before and after the procedures, which says everything about how much they care about delivering results. I was using a cream which was medicated but wasn't prescribed by any of the doctors and I was using it myself and after few months I got to see that my face was showing some kind of allergic reaction.
Dr. Janet listened carefully and patiently to all my problems and she also came to know that I was using that particular cream and which made my skin even wo than before. It was my good luck that I came to her on time and saved my skin from further damage.
She asked me to start pimple medication immediately and started chemical peeling sessions for every 15 days. I got some sessions done and my pimples came under control. Doctor also suggested me to go for the QSwithced ND yag laser treatment for my dark patches.
Took a package for Q switched laser which was consisting of 4 sittings and one was for free. In my first session only I felt a lot of difference in my face. After 4-5 sittings my hyperpigmented patches have reduced so much . She also gave ointments to reduce black marks
Very much happy with the treatments which I got from Doctor and I have started my CO2 Fractional laser for Acne scars. looking forward for my acne scar reduction for my deep scars from her as well.
Clinic staffs are also courteous and friendly when ever I visit them they always Welcome me with a warm smile on their face and a cup of hot chocolate for me. Very much satisfied for the amount I spent here and which is actually worth spending here. Definitely recommend dermazeal clinic to everyone. I was recommended by one of my family doctor to visit Dr Janet and visited her she listened to all my concerns and gave me some ointments, sunscreen to apply on my face provided with some medicines also. She asked me to continue the medications for 15 days and asked for a revisit to see the changes on my face.
I visited her and there was a great change and my pimples were under control I was only having few breakouts for which she suggested me to go for chemical peels which helped me to keep my active acne under control .
I Took a package consisting of 5 sessions and which was supposed to be done in a gap of 15 days.
My concern for sunburns also decreased gradually as the prescribed sunscreen helped me a lot.
Dr janet used to change my peels in every sessions as I was getting very good results in my each session.
Recently I have started trying few sessions of Qswitched laser treatment for my tanning and hyperpigmentation and the laser worked wonderful on my face and there was an instant glow and the procedure.
Dr janet always provide me some discounts and after the procedure she gave me a face mask for free.
In this clinic waiting time shouldn’t be considered as the doctors inside has blessed with a lot of talent to provide you there best treatment possible.
Inspite of the wait time im still a happy patient of Dr janet because of her patience and the treatments she provide to her patients are the best and always given in an affordable price.
Would definitely suggest my loved ones to visit dr janet and dermazeal clinic atleast once to get rid of any skin or hair related concerns.Read less

A great place to visit I would highly recommend the doctors over there. Visited Dr. Janet Alexander for my hair fall issues which was becoming even bad day by day as I keep on travelling most of the times.
Dr Janet explained me everything very clearly and asked me for few blood tests and I got those done and she found I was having deficiency and she gave me medications and suggested to go for PRP sessions and it consist of 6 sessions and I started the same day. Dr.Janet is a very friendly person, despite of her being busy also she treated we very well and also answered to all of my questions very patiently.
Doctor did my procedures and was really happy with my treatments.
Now I’m very happy with my new hair growths and would definitely suggest doctor Janet to everyone who are suffering from any skin or hair issues.
Clinic is also located in the main road itself which is even more easier to locate it and reach over.
