Dr Arpitha and her team are professional in their work , they update themselves in par with modern research ( not like others who are sticking to 80's nutritional approach) , she is a good listener and understands the health issues very well in my case I was suffering from chronic digestive issues , she diagnosed and provided solution accordingly and helped me to maintain my protein requirements even while facing digestive issues , now after following her diet I'm getting back to normalcy and feeling better.

Arpitha is a certified nutritionist and she knows what exactly she is doing..she is specialised in helping people suffering with diabetes… they have young nutritionists personally assigned to each client . They design diet chart based on clients preference and change diet chart every 2 weeks.
They have online classes everyday which includes Aerobics,Tabata and yoga which I thoroughly enjoy. I have got results and completely satisfied with the service and the charges.
