Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Entire Staff is blunt. Them being in service industry they need to go vigorous training on customer service. Went for change in glass due to power increase but the issue prevails inspite of we spending money, time and our patience. I will never visit again and I can never recommend this place again.
Visited For Eye Infection
Very busy Doctor. Simultaneously tests three different Patients in the adjutant rooms. Probably due to more number of Patients than what he can handle or may be due to visits visits in different Nursing Homes where he is attached. Consultation fee is Rs.300.00 , not Rs. 200.00 as mentioned in App. Unfriendly Receptionists refused to clarify this, as they are more busy than Doctor.
