I started my weight loss journey on 7th March 2023. At that time I was 88.3 KG and low in confidence, irregular period, tension and stressed, due to just thinking about my weight but never tried to get out of it and even due to improper guidelines.

I came to know about Usha harish ma'am by Motherhood doctor then I visited here. I can say that was the best decision i ever made. She is so friendly and help me to get back confidence with her words and motivate me in each and every steps by saying your doing a great job, excellent and like that.

By the end of 3 months I reduced to 76 kgs which is almost 12 kgs. I really didn't skip any of the meals but i reduced the carbohydrates and increase the food habits of eating healthy like - vegetables, soups. Now I am active and all my problems are reduced.

I took 3 months healthy deit course and I found it is very helpful.My experience was wonderful. Also it helped me to manage my diabities. I started with my HbA1c 7.4 and when I completed the course it came down to 5.7. If we follow what Dr.Usha advises then am sure we can achieve what we want. Doctor explains in detail and weekly consultation will be for status review of the previous week. Postpartum weight loss:

I had consusted Dr.Usha once before as well and had lost 12 kg in 3 months. This time 3 months postpartum I was stuck at same weight even though I was eating right and exercising probablybecauseof the harmonalchanges. So decided to consult again and I am glad to say I have lost 11kg.

The diet and exercise helped me gain strength and it did not affect my baby in the least. She made sure that I was eating enough and covered all the nutrients required for both me and baby. I was reducing weight and my baby was gaining as expected. I do highly recommend her.
