The patient declined to visit the clinic 14 days after receiving my prescription since he would have to pay for the consultation once more, which is why the review is attached Firstly I, advise you to take a course on how to communicate with a woman. Even though I was kind and addressed you as "Sir" throughout the call, you were quite impolite to my receptionist and myself. Secondly, referring to the prescription that you yourself have uploaded, you visited the clinic on 30th December 2025. You had called us again on 13th January 2026 saying that your condition hasn’t improved. That is an interval of 14 days since the last consultation. If a patient’s health doesn’t improve in the first 3-4 days of starting the treatment, you should had an follow-up with the me in that period. This is the practice in my qualified knowledge and experience. Thirdly, I never denied treatment to you. To quote what you said, “If I have to pay you, why won’t I go to another doctor”. To which I replied that you are free to go visit any doctor that you wish to. I would suggest that you educate yourself on medical code of ethics and practices before stooping to calling a lady money-minded. Lastly, your malicious review only proves the kind of person you are. I have been practicing for 25+ years and innumerable number of patrons keep coming back to me for the treatment I prescribe and for the kindness I treat every human being with. Hope this message reaches you with good sense and be advice not to write such a review prior examining yourself and your code of conduct before pointing at my ethics. Get well soon
