Recently I got a patient from practo. The patient came to me to show her mother in law. But she hadn't booked any appointment she merely said she will come after 5 pm. I was informed by my staff nurse and I saw the patientin 5mins. However the patient was very abusive towards my staff . She threatened to throw my display board n used very foul language. I was polite to her and treated her mom in law and asked. Them to do her blood tests . I also gave her an option of doing the blood tests from outside however she insisted on doing them in my clinic. After she agreed I called the lab personnel however she fought with them too. I had asked the patient for review on Monday however she did the lab tests from outside and messaged me that her mom in law is admitted in hospital. I gave my opinion on the reports. I communicated through whatsapp and all her claims are wrong. No doctor can be available 24x7 . Even we have other commitments. I don't want any false allegations levelled against me.
