Later he completed Diploma in laparoscopic surgery from the University Louis Pasteur & ircad - France.He has won best paper awards at state and national level meeting including the young surgeons gold medal award at Bangalore in 2001. He has also been awarded the travelling fellowship of the surgical society of Bangalore in 2002 and the prestigious travelling fellowship award of the Royal college of physicians and surgeons of Glasgow in 2003. Following his successful tenure in England, he returned back to India and has been part of the surgical team at Columbia Asia hospitals since December 2010. Over the last 5 years. He has been instrumental in successfully implementing the concept of ‘damage control surgery’ which is a unique modality of performing emergency surgeries in a staged manner in critically ill patients who will not survive conventional surgery. This is commonly used in unstable patients with major trauma following road traffic accidents, major abdominal sepsis and mesenteric ischemia.

I had long history of Fissures and Piles for about 4 years before I consulted Dr Natrajan. He did his best to avoid surgery by prescribing me the oral medicines. *** ** **** ***** *** ******* since i was having Piles of 3rd to 4th degree!!
So the Doctor advised me to undergo surgery(Hemorrhoidectomy) since it was inevitable for my condition. As per his recommendations I underwent surgery at Colombia Asia, Yeshwanthpur. He did the surgery and got me discharged within 1 day!!

I went to consult the doctor for pain on my hand due to Lipoma. During the consulation Dr explained the problem and advised possible causes and remedy available. On his advise i had undergone the Lipoma excision in Columbia Asia referral hospital. The procedure went uneventful and discharged on the very next day. After a week i went to see him again for dressing removal and follow up. He had again explained the results of the lab tests and advised physio for full recovery.
