I am a Clinical Psychologist with a primary interest and expertise in trauma-informed care. My work is guided by an understanding of how adverse experiences, relational trauma, and chronic stress impact emotional regulation, self-concept, and interpersonal functioning.I am trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor interventions based on individual needs, clinical presentation, and treatment goals. While my core framework is trauma-informed, I draw from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), brief and skills-based interventions, behavioral strategies, and acceptance-informed approaches as appropriate. My focus is on safety, collaboration, choice, and empowerment within the therapeutic process.I work with adolescents and adults experiencing trauma-related concerns, anxiety, depressive symptoms, stress, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties in academic, work, or relational settings. I also support individuals navigating adjustment issues, self-esteem concerns, and the long-term impact of emotionally challenging life experiences.My practice is grounded in ethical responsibility, clinical sensitivity, and respect for each individual’s lived experience.
