Dr. Vivek Nair was very patient and approachable, taking the time to explain long-term management clearly. The clinic is well laid out and the staff courteous, with reasonable wait times. The only downside was the lack of a lift, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The doctor saw the burns, took a picture and talked patiently. His prescription was medications which could have side-effects. The medication included steroids, antibiotics, a specific SPF 50 tube. We stopped the medication on the third day as with that medication the burnt area began having large pimples / bloated skin. Just applied "Silver X" a regular burns paste and the burns began healing. After the healing, I realise this doctor is among those who would not prescribe just the right medication but expensive to very expensive medications to possibly prove their worth of the high fees they charge. Even after the initial consultation when I had the skin getting bloated, it took me a great amount of time to get across to him as all his phone numbers including his mobile phone numbers would go through his secretary's and he did not come on line for almost 2-3 hours initially was told he is looking a patient, then a new machine he had bought for his hospital. My expectations from a high end ( read those taking huge fees and advertising themselves to be gold medalist and extremely well skilled ) doctor is of responsiveness, right & minimal medication and good sound advise. For facial hair treatment he mentioned that almost a large area on the sides of the hairy one needs to as well be treated for laser as the "laser shower" would induce further growth. Initially I believed that this guy is different from earlier docs whom I got the laser treatment done and could possibly be right however now I am not sure, given his responsiveness and medication approach, I am not going to him for treatment.

Dr Nair is no doubt among finest dermatologists in town, I am taking consultancy from him since last few months and found him very professional, more so I have significant improvement which wasn’t there with previous doctors.
