Dr. Vishnu Murthy G. S.

I visited him for my 3 year old son. He was having loose motions and mucus in the stool for about a month. He was losing weight too. I had already consulted many pediatricians and done stool tests, but everything was normal and they asked me to wait. Dr Vishnu Murthy was able to diagnose the problem in our first visit itself. Told that it is a mild Cow's Milk Protein Allergy and asked me to stop milk and milk products completely. After that my son was all fine, his appetite also improved and started gaining weight. Doctor is very good at listening the problems and our observations. Doctor inspects baby thoroughly. Being first time parents, we always have lots of questions and doctor answers each and every question very patiently in detail. He tries to avoid medicines as much as possible. We have been consulting him since our daughter is 20 days old and she is 6 months now. Because of the trust on his treatment we travel 10 kms one way to consult him. He also gives vaccines and with our experience only the prick which he gives pains for a while after that no pain or swelling. Only once we got vaccination else where and our daughter struggled for 3 days with pain. Then we understood difference how nicely vishnumurthy sir does.

I visited him for severe congestion,mild fever and nasal skin infection of my son.He missed out to chek his nose while inspecting his chest for congestion.It happens with busy doctors like Vishnu, as we ourselves have to tell them each and every symptoms ,and ask questions related to that so that dr can give you better diagnosis.

I visited him on sunday morning to find around 5 to 6 patients waiting and no receptionist . Doctor himself runs a small pharmacy(only for his patients) , dispenses medicines on his own .
