Dr Surabhi has been Paedetrician for both my sons for past 8 years. I have referred many complicated cases to her. She listens to issues we list. She also spends time with kids observing every single sign. Then once she concludes she also explains it step by step to parents. Her diagnosis is very quick and also prescribes right dosage of medicines. She is doctor whom parents can trust their kids are in safe hands!!!

Online consultation done... Very bad experience. Booked for my child, my child had cold and stomach upset for 1 week. She said it is food infection.I said that the disease spread to me after 3 days through my son and started with a throat pain, cold and stomach upset.Suddenly she is saying don't talk about you.. You consulted for your child, so talk only about your son. Actually i need medicines only for my son, But i just want to say that the disease is spreading so that there is no chance of food infection.It was very hard to make her understand the real problem.Thus she say it may be viral fever.I have consulted so many doctors through practo…but had, this kind of bad experience for the first time**** ****** ****** *********** ******* * **** ********* *** * ***** ******** Also the doctor can’t hear the patients properly.

Horrible experience. Doctor does not come on call at the appointed time. Only after raising complain with practo, Doctor attended the consultation. ****** ** ************ *** ****** *** *** ******* *** *** ************** ******* ** ******* ***** Queries after consultation which doctor shud respond for 7 days were unaswered n unchecked.No assistance received from Doctor
