Dr. Shalini Varma (Physiotherapist)

A specialist in orthopedic and neuro rehab, Dr. Shalini has been associated with physio-be-fit since its inception as a co-founder and director.She has her degrees in B.Sc and BPT having worked for over 3 years at Ramakrishna Hospital, Jayanagar . she also worked as a consultant at Indiranagar Specialists Centre run by Dr. Ram Iyer since over 5 years. Dr. Shalini has a vast experience with treating shoulder, knee and spinal problems. With her expertise in repetitive stress injuries, she daily treats many IT professionals with their common problems of neck and back pain due to sedentary life.She is also the research head for the protocol management lab at physio-be-fit. few common conditions that she has interests with include arthritis, ACL injuries, frozen shoulder and slip discs, but not limited to just these.
