She is a qualified counsellor who has conducted over 14,000 hrs of counselling sessions. She works with adolescents, individuals (13-88 yrs), couples, of different nationalities (Indians, British, Korean, Swedish), on diverse concerns-Stress & Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, LGBTQ/SRS, Grief, Dating/Pre-marital, Marital Conflicts, Remarriage, Career Planning, Public Speaking, Job Dissatisfaction, Parenting, Exam Stress, etc. She is trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Couple’s Therapy, REBT, Solution Focused, Long-Term Therapy, etc. She believes in supporting individuals to increase self-awareness, build on their positives, while finding new ways to work towards their goals. This is done, using theories suited to the client and their needs. Sessions are held in English (She has the limited understanding of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil). She has also delivered over 50hrs of Seminars & Workshop to employees, managerial and leadership teams of leading Corporate, MNCs, and PSUs for audience size up to 200.
