Dr. Ranjani Rao

Doctor Ranjani is one of the finest professional I have ever seen. Her precision and skill is extraordinary. I had lot of fear as my wisdom tooth was only partially visible and had badly decayed causing massive lymph node infection. Dr Ranjani made me understand how the extraction will be done and how much of pain will be there without sugar coating it. The whole procedure took less than 15 mins and subsequent healing process has been smooth. Her calm approach made the whole thing so easy. I am very satisfied and recommend my friends to visit her. I regret to post but this is a factual update to the feedback I have already given in September 2019

There were a few "teething issues" after I returned home which was sorted out by Dr. Rao, but in February 2020 I started facing issues with the left side denture bridge.

After a period of about six months all of my bridges (right as well as left sides) have fallen *** ****** ** ***** ********* ** *** ***** ******* ** *******

Though the dentists team did their best, *** ******* ** ********* **** ** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** **** ** ** ********

So, I am back to Square one.

Though I recommend the doctor I will leave it to the discretion / choice of future patients.

Dr. Ranjani Rao is a great doctor. She being the Captain of the team is brilliant, friendly and above all makes you feel free from the fear of going to a dentist. The team consisting of Dr. Sangeetha Priya and one another dentist whose name I do not recall immediately, are all very good too.

The best compliment I can give to the entire team is though I was on a flying visit to Bangalore and gave them just one week time they still worked very hard to fix my problem. The only dissatisfaction I have is no one explained to me that my bridge can be detached, cleaned and restored back and that knowledge was given to me by a dentist in Mumbai when I was struggling with pain and "teething issues" post the surgery. Overall I'll give them a 5 Star rating on a five point scale.

Giving one star as it is mandatory. The doctors in the clinic deserves zero star. Aweful experience. I went for a filling for my front tooth. First of all it was not done upto the mark. I told the same to doctor. She did some adjustments and i came home half satisfied. After 2-3 hours i noticed that the color has changed to yellow and there are stains on the other tooth as well. It really shattered me. Its my front tooth. Highly unqualified staff. The treatment was done my main doctor, Ms.Rajini. I wonder how the other doctors will be. So irresponsible and such shabby work they did. I am taking pain to write this so that no one else has to go through it.

Forced to give even 1 star. It was the most horrible experience of my life till date. I visited Dr. Rajani Rao for wisdom tooth extraction of my wife. This was 2nd wisdom tooth extraction after the one my wife got removed in Whitefield last year. Dr. Rajani did not only remove the tooth violently but also did not give proper anti biotics, pain killer. The wife started feeling extreme pain which continued for almost a week. She was on liquid diet and could not sleep, could not eat. *** ****** **** ** ************* **** *** ******** ** ****** Finally we decided to go Whitefield to show her to the previous doctor as her condition was deteriorating.

Dr. Ranjani is one of the finest doctors I have come across till date. I always had a fear of dental treatments due to the complex tools dentists use. I informed the doctor about my fear and she patiently explained the issue, it's long term consequences if not fixed, the cure and how she will achieve it step by step. She ensured I felt at ease before starting the tooth extraction. Throughout the process she kept saying how good everything is going and that there is nothing to worry. I didn't even know when the tooth was removed! Even post the surgery, she suggested to visit her for checkup to confirm the healing was on track. Really glad I chose Dr.Ranjani for my dental treatment.

Treatment was very good and an amazing doctor.

She had lot of patience and explained the things well. Thanks a lot doctor for giving timely treatment during such difficult times.Also the doctors and the clinic staff followed all the pre- cautionary measures for covid-19. Satisfying and safe treatment.

Her wide experience, ********* and qualifications clearly justifies the way she handles the patients. I went for my tooth filling twice and I was more than satisfied. She never suggests any unnecessary processes or medicines unless it is critical. Moreover, she listens to your problems and attends it carefully, giving enough time to you.

Dr. Ranjani Rao was very thorough and professional. She explained the entire procedure of the wisdom tooth removal first and got it done quickly. She explained the process of healing and the medication quite well.

The follow-up appointment was scheduled with Dr. Razia who was also very knowledgeable about the process.

I am in the recovery phase now, and am extremely satisfied with this experience.
