Dr. Rajesh Kumar

Visited Dr. P Rajesh Kumar, Dental Surgeon at Thangams Dental Clinic at Mylapore for consultation for my dental care, recently. Doctor is very soft, kind and patient friendly. Doctor clearly explained about my teeth issues and for remedial measures. As advised, two nos. of teeth extraction done to me then by Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Dr.Sripapl ( both brilliant Dental Surgeons) and his Fine team of Doctors. Later Root canal RCT done today by the Doctor and his Team for my another teeth.

All the process was explained to me by the Doctors before procedure, kept the patient at comfort zone and done the procedure successfully without pain. After procedure, medical instructions were clearly given for my early recovery.

Doctor was very caring, fully dedicated, highly professional and experienced. Doctor tries to save the teeths as much as it can be and go for treatment only for the teeths which are in need for dental treatment.

Doctor make the patient feel free and comfort with smile. If we have to get quality treatment, we have to afford the medical expenses. I have the hope that I would get my dental issues get fully solved and no pain and dental worries anymore.

I visited Doctor on 13th March 2024. The capping-built like a bridge, done 3 decades ago, of late kept coming off. Eager to get it set right, concerned at the same time of what will this involve, cost and time involved. Having a 2+ month baby at home, these concerns were prominent. Went with my Spouse. We found the following as huge Plus Points:

1) wait time: was Zero. We were attended on the time of Appointment.

2) Friendliness: Doctor has a way of engaging. Enquires about the family, small talk, listens with attention. All these facilitate the Patient to relax and get ready for the process that will be next.

3) Explanation of the issues: Doctor explained the material used for capping will have to change. Made a fix with a resin that will hold on for few months to come.

4) Value gained: I do not know what the Doctor gained.... but grateful the way he understands the concerns unspoken and billed in a way that the temporary setting will pull through the period. The cost was very minimal. Also, shared the aspects, that need to be attended as soon as possible. Our Best Wishes to Doctor and his Family...

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and also underwent a root canal procedure. I was really anxious about the process and the pain. Dr. Rajesh and his team were extremely friendly and made me super comfortable during the procedure. I did not experience any discomfort during the procedure. He patiently cleared all my queries.

The ambience is very hygienic. Follow-ups post-procedure made me more confident on the path to recovery. Furthermore, my mother underwent a tooth extraction procedure, and she is doing well now. Thank you so much, Dr.Rajesh.

We were on holiday in India for a short time and were well accommodated with appointments. Your knowledge in your field, professional expertise, 26 years of experience, all this counts a lot and is highly appreciated by us...being on the other side of the "drill" and that's what makes a dentist trustworthy. I am a person who is very anxious of doctors, clinics, and hospitals but I never need to stress when I am in your care. You are my all-time go-to dentist if ever need be.

Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Sripal explained the whole procedure thoroughly and helped me relax. I was very apprehensive about the injections (for the local anesthesia) but was very relieved when it turned out to be less of an issue.

The extraction was swift and painless. Dr. Sripal explained what he had done thoroughly. Both doctors and staff went though post-extraction care exhaustively.

I have undergone couple of complex extractions , root canal and recently dental implants with Dr Rajesh. My experience with the doctor is truly satisfied and overwhelmed with the way they care for the patients. Not just the treatment is phenomenal but also the advice or suggestions for the overall health which I have never seen with any other doctors. He is very friendly, approachable and most importantly, they explain what,how they are doing the procedures. I had severe pain in my tooth and when I searched the Web for dentist in Mylapore, I came across Thangam dental clinic and when I dropped in I was informed that the doctor is not in town but I was told by the lady who was available that she will examine if it is emergency which I obliged. I was given few tablets and advised to meet the doctor on Monday.. I went to his clinic met him had myself examined and the doctor was very friendly and courteous. Never thought my pain would come to a stop in one day and now I am relived of my pain. Very Conservative and I will recommend Dr Rajesh Kumar to all my friends and family....

I had been looking for Orthodontic treatment for long time, have looked at dentist around Pune, Chennai and found finally found Dr Rajesh who handled the process immaculately.

Dr Rajesh was very clear with the line and time duration for the treatment. As the dental condition was complex with common course of action being mandibular surgery. Dr suggested and implemented non-surgical orthodontic treatment which has corrected jaw alignment and also the facial aesthetics.

Dr is very ******** experienced and enjoys working on challenging cases. I do recommend Dr for dental treatment.

I was very happy when I went to Thangam Clinic. Good ambience. Doctor is very kind and hospitable. I did not wait at all. As per appointment I was attended.No waste of time.The doctor takes the complete medical history and medication meticulously,before going into the diagnosis. Doctor gives a patient hearing .His advises before and after the procedure very good.During the procedure he treats the patient with extra care to make the patient feel at home. In my case I did not feel any pain during the procedure.The follow up by the doctor after treatment is commendable.He has a good set of assistants. Even though I am far from the clinic ,despite being old I still like to visit Thangam clinic for any tooth problem.you go with pain and return with no pain. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Rajesh Kumaar. for any dental problem.
