My experience with Dr. Rahul Rai Kakkar was very good. The doctor explained everything well, and I did not have to wait much. I would recommend him to others.

I visited a Psychiatrist for the first time, hoping to be heard patiently and thoroughly. Unfortunately, Dr. Rai seemed to be in a rush despite me reaching in time for the appointment. Firstly, I had to wait for 15-20 mins which can be understandable but during my appointment the Doctor hardly seem to be interested in listening and being there with me for providing mental/emotional support. Even when I mentioned about carrying a childhood trauma and not healing from it, ** *** *** **** **** *** ******** ** ******* **** **** ***** *** He hardly spent 7-8 minutes with me, during this brief period also the previous patient barged in twicse & disturbed my flow when I was sharing something intense. Doctor seemed more inclined towards immediately suggesting treatment, prescribing medicines and implying ** *** ** **** *** ****** ***** ****** *** ********* **** ***** *** ****** ***** ** **** ******* ** ** * *** ******** ****** ** ************

Not a good experience, will not visit again.

I visited Dr. Rahul Rai Kakkar for mental health issues, hoping for a thoughtful and understanding session. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking the time to listen to my concerns, he rushed through the consultation in just five minutes and immediately prescribed medications.

Mental health treatment should be about understanding the patient, their emotions, and struggles, not just handing out prescriptions without proper discussion. I felt unheard and dismissed, as if my thoughts and feelings didn’t matter. A psychiatrist should provide guidance, empathy, and a safe space, but unfortunately, I did not experience that here.

If you're looking for a doctor who genuinely listens and helps beyond just medications, I would not recommend this clinic.

Doctor was very polite and asked me to explain my problem without any interruption in between because of which i could explain properly. Thats the most important thing according to me for getting diagnosed properly and getting best treatment. Then doc explained me everything using practical examles which helped me to understand and co-relate. I was much satisfied with the treament and consultancy i received

I visited Doc with one of my best friend. He was suffering from bipolar disorder. Appointment and staff manages the appointment timing is great. Dr. Listen you and advice properly. Nature of Dr. is friendly with patients and their families and friends.

I went there recently and i feel really good,  really wonderful people and supportive and caring,  i feel safe and feel good to share my fear and my worries without any hesitation knowing that they truly understand what i am trying to say even my words are not clear enough also.

The entire process has been very easy and very satisfied. The diagnosis process was thorough, including depth questioning and assessment Very careful and caring service received.

Highly recommended.

Dr make me understand the purpose of life. He also help me to get out of future and past fear. The thing which I most like about Athena and his dr is the way of treatment, they didn't realise me as addicted person. Most important thing is that they gave me medicine with least or no side effects. And Dr Rai. is master in his field. Thank you Dr.
