Dr. Nomita Devi, a naturopath and yoga physician. she has studied from SDM college of naturopathy and yogic sciences in Ujire, Dharmasthala, Karnataka. she has been working in Bangalore as a lifestyle coach for the last 4 years. she deals with patients suffering from obesity, PCOS, musculoskeletal disorders, hypertension, diabetes and other lifestyle-born diseases. her Yoga classes are disease-specific and are customized in that pattern that it is simple and easy to perform on your own as well. A usual class includes asana, pranayamas and meditation which always can be modified based on the need. her idea of Yoga is it should not be done to achieve or get something but rather it should be a way of life. her hope is that you feel relaxed, nourished and balanced when u get off the mat.
