Dr. Namratha cleared my confusion on my personality traits. I am dealing with stress and people who told that I am impulsive and I have anger management issues. I met with Doctor to understand my personality and seek help. Doctor has helped me to understand the difference between impulsiveness and normal reaction towards the situations. Doctor was very patient to listen to my story and helped me understand that reactions are normal because of stress. There are multiple things that people around you will make you feel about yourself but if you meet a right doctor and share what you feel then you will know what you are actually going through and what you should do to come out of it if it is stressing you out on a daily basis. Sometimes your body goes through a lot because of mental stress and I am glad that I spoke to Doctor to discover that.
