I recently had an online consultation **** **** ****** *** ****** *******who, unfortunately, did not provide a satisfactory level of service. Firstly, I was made to wait an excessive amount of time for the consultation to begin. Secondly, when the doctor finally called me on my mobile phone, I requested a video call so that I could show him my eyes, which were the source of my discomfort. However, the doctor's network connection was poor, making it difficult to communicate effectively. Thirdly, when I informed the him that my eyes were causing me pain, he simply suggested that I take Dolo 650, a common pain reliever. I fail to understand the purpose of consulting **** ** ***** doctor, if a simple over-the-counter medication is the only solution offered.
And lastly he suggested one I drops even I didn't get that prescription until I contact support team.***** * ********** ******

Not very interactive. Doesn't discuss your problem. Very small session. Doesn't even tells what is the problem just prescribes the medicine. Not recommended if you are in emergency.
