I got to know from my friend who have visited there already and I visited for my cavity issues, doctor was very good, well behaved and gave good suggestions and options to go ahead with . I did root canal which I have heard a painful thing but i didn't even get 10 percentage of the pain also doctor did so carefully and gently and doctor not suggesting unnecessary sittings or procedures. Charges are decent though and am happy overall. Surely recommended Thanks!

Went for a tricky wisdom tooth extraction. There was swelling when i went to see the doctor the first time. He advised to take antibiotics and painkillers and come back after a few days for extraction, which i am convinced was the right thing to do. In a few days, the swelling subsided. The entire wisdom tooth extraction (upper, partly decayed) took about 20 minutes or so. I am one of those super-scared super-sensitive people and even for me, the procedure was painless and smooth. Charges are on par with other private clinics, I guess. The clinic is maintained well, is spacious and looks hygienic (which is very important). Many thanks to Dr. Keerthi Kanth, Prasidha and Vaishali for some great treatment and advice. All very patient friendly.

I observed a black spot for the teeth which I had a root canal (somewhere else) few years earlier. I visited Sai Smile Dental Care and they said, black spot is normal and it is not of a major concern. However, another teeth which I had a filling (around 12-13 years earlier in Karwar) was not in good condition and they advised me to go for a filling. They identified the problem very well. They treatment was better, they explained it to me about the treatment.

One thing I would like them to improve is I had my 2nd appointment on 3rd of Jan, 2015 at 4.30PM. Since the doctor came at around 4.55PM, I had to wait in the clinic from 4.25PM to 4.55PM (no apology or sorry for keeping me waiting). That is the one aspect I would like them to improve.

Overall good experience and value for money.

A very friendly doctor who explains the health issue without scaring the patient or exaggerating .very well knows how to deal with the patient no matter what age he or she is .he explains the treatment well ; gives ample time to rethink or taking a second opinion before starting the treatment .

It was bad experience for me this time since doctor was not there,there was some intern,*** ** *** ** *** ********* ** **** *** ** ******** they will call to confirm appointment,they should inform whether doctor is there or not. I took an appointment 8:30 pm , on 2 Jan for treatment as in one of my root canal treated tooth was paining due to some food particles got stuck. *** *** *********** ********* ** **** ***** ***** ***** * *** **** ******* * **** **** ******* ****** *** *** ***** ** ******Although I would like to tell doctor Keerthi is well experienced *** **** **** ** ********** He is our family doctor. I would request please get treated with him only if you are visiting his clinic.

Dr Keerthi is highly professional and well experienced dentist who can help you with your dental care and fixing the problem. His hands and support system are also very good and most importantly he is dependable whom a patient can trust.

Appointment scheduling and promptness were good from the practice. Dr explains the root cause of problem clearly in layman's terms.
