I went to Symlife based on the recommendation of my friend. I went to get braces for my elder daughter. I feel fortunate to have met Hetal madam who treated my daughter with so much patience and care. I am writing this review post an year after my daughters braces have been taken off and her gracious smile came back on her face. *** *** ****** ** ******* **** **** ** ***** **** * ***** **** ****** *****. Starting from Drocus and Lavanya in the reception to Dr Hetal Popat, everyone gave us a very pleasant and awesome experience. Appointments were never a problem as Drocus and Lavanya were so humble in placing the appointments even when we postponed it couple of times. My daughter said that the process was painless and I feel it was because Dr Hetal made her feel very comfortable everytime we met her. The encouragement from the doctor definitely helped her maintain the braces properly throughout the year. I am sure it would have taken more time if she wouldn't have motivated her to use it properly.

Now I am getting braces for my younger daughter as well. And similar to my elder daughters experience, she also seems to be very comfortable and is excited to go to the doctor whenever we have an appointment.

Initially when I want to go for braces, I had visited two or three chain hospitals to enquire about Invisalign and other existing options. Dr. Venkatesh had told me about all the existing options and pros and cons of each very clearly and cleared all my doubts regarding each of the options and left the choice to me. After I had decided to go for Invisalign program, Dr Venkatesh had personally verified the computer output scans and even sent back the initial model for more enhancements. Through out the treatment, which was around a year, Dr. Venkatesh and Dr. Hetal examined the alignment multiple times and suggested me right steps for getting the best output. There was never a bad or unpleasant experience at Smylife. They ensured each appointment to be as smooth as possible for me, even during Covid crisis. Needless to say I would definitely go to Smylife for all future dental checkups.
