My overall experience was good. We have been visiting her for the last 3 months. She is friendly and explains everything very well, be it the dosage and procedure to give medicine or any other precautions/ remedies. My daughter had loose motions and lactose intolerance while took a little while to go but the doctor was very helpful throughout. The staff is also very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
Visited For Vaccination/ Immunization
Doctor was very good, polite. Clar instructions on what to follow and what she is going to do. This is the first time we are visiting. she did ask good valuable questions especially when she asked is there any history which kid has which she should know ?.. that builds trust and confidence. Thanks doctor!
Visited For Fever
Lack of training to staff to handle an EMERGENCY case
Apparently the staff is not trained to handle emergencies but ask if you have an appointment!
For a 14 month toddler suffering from 103 deg C fever, we were asked to wait for up to 2 hours as the doctor was busy handling routine appointments.
Needless to say, we rushed to the doctors cabin, but not sure (giving benefit of doubt to the doctor) if the doctor was even made aware of our situation as she asked us to talk to the reception without much dialogue.
We ended up rushing over to another doctor as it was incomprehensible and senseless trying to reason with the staff when our baby was suffering.
Hope this is taken as a positive feedback, as otherwise we have been regular at her for the routine vaccinations and check ups with "prior appointments"
>> "Thumbs down" is only if you are an emergency case otherwise no issues.
