Honestly, I was quite nervous before starting my treatment because getting 8 implants and a full bridge sounded like a big procedure. But after meeting Dr. Rishi, I felt much more at ease. He explained everything in a very simple and practical way, which built my trust from day one.

I actually came all the way from Yamunanagar to Gurugram specifically for my treatment, and that itself says a lot about the confidence I have in Dr. Rishi and Dr. Richa.

The entire journey was smoother than I expected. There was proper planning at every step, and I never felt rushed or confused. The clinic environment is calm, clean, and very well-managed — it doesn’t feel like a typical dental clinic, which really helped with my anxiety.

What I appreciated the most was the consistency in care. From the first visit to the final bridge fixing, everything was handled patiently and professionally. Now I can eat comfortably and smile without hesitation, which honestly feels like a big change in my daily life.

Treatments by Dr. Rishi Dhanda included cavities, root canal, a crown and a bridge - in dentistry terms - the Royal Flush! The approach was professional, the need, its reasons and the approach to treat explained patiently and clearly and the execution between Dr. Gunjan Chawla and Dr. Rishi Dhanda - immaculate. Also, the appointments were kept on time and never changed which was also wonderful.
