I had two prolapsed discs c5-6&c6-7, Neurosurgeon advised conservative treatment with physiotherapy. I had excruciating pain emanating from the neck and radiating through my back into my arms. Two of my fingers had become numb and I was loosing strength in my left arm. Neurosurgeon advised operation if the weakness in the arm persisted. The pain was so much that I couldn't carry out my normal routine. Couldn't sit or lie down pain was so persistent. I was advised by my army officer friends that I must get physiotherapy done from Dr Deep Arya's clinic. Hence I regularly went to the clinic for one month in May 2017. After two weeks of Physiotherapy treatment, I found relief. After one month I was definitely feeling better. He advised to certain exercises as I could not continue physiotherapy due to my going out of station. After one month of exercises in the month of July 2017, the pain had totally gone and I am back to normal routine. Since I am physical fitness enthusiast, I am back to my normal routine of long walks and jogging and other free arm exercises. I feel absolutely normal and free of pain.
