In the first visit, the doctor explianed the problem in my teeth clearly and gave all necessary assurance and support to go ahead with braces. Every subsequent visit was a pleasant and smooth experience where each step was explained and the progress noted. Thr clinic is very accommodative and flexible time wise and the overall experience is so casual that one doesn't even feel like they're visiting the dentist.
