I was suffering from severe Anxiety, Panic and and Insomnia for the last more than Two years. I have tried all other way of treatment like Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy but of no much use. Finally I found Dr. Bhargavaraman Ramanathpure from Practo App and consulted him in Mid September 2017. Within 2 months of treatment with him all my Anxiety and Panic related symptoms slowly started vanishing and are now under full control and my sleep is also gradually started to return to normalcy. I’ve been taking therapy sessions with Dr.Bhargav in this clinic for about a year now.
For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.
When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. Slowly and steadily, he started equipping me with tools and techniques that I could use on a day to day basis. Now, I’m on my path of healing - Along with the right medication, I also have a bunch of tools with me that I can use whenever my thoughts overpower me.
