1st visit - receptionist asks to pay consultation fees upfront. Surprised, we still pay and go to see the doctor. He makes an insensitive comment, which he thought was funny. We ignore it. He suggests some tests. We step out. The receptionist asks to see the prescription. Again surprised, we show it. She suggests we get them done at the clinic at a discounted price. We pass the offer. Get the tests done at Thyrocare for half the 'discounted price' and sample collected at home.

He didn't see the skin (scalp), didn't have a look on hair..he suggested a 1500 rupees vitamin B and D test +700 rupees minoxidil (he didn't even ask if I have used this in past).
