Hi, I am Akash Sehrawat. I have been a weight lifter for over 15 years. Recently, I suffered from Triceps Tendonosis (degeneration of tricep tendon due to chronic overuse). Besides this issue, I have postural distortions and other muscle imbalances due to my flat feet and chronic sitting hours.

Even though, I take good care of myself (given that my profession is also in the Health & Fitness Industry) I knew I needed help from someone who has the required skills & patience to understand my issue in detail and then create a detailed plan to help me overcome many of these issues at hand so that I can re-enter the weights room without any worries.
