Empatherapy, Tulsidham Nalpada Road

I never knew I had a problem until my daughter compelled me to see a psychologist. A couple of sessions with Naomi Bhatia made me realise my shortcomings and soon I was on the road to improvement. Her compassionate nature and patience helps the process even better.

I've had a very insightful discussion with Naomi over the last few weeks and she has helped me identify many characteristics about myself that I was previously unaware of. I like her approach of asking me insightful questions which make me think about circumstances in a different way. Naomi is very kind and her approach is very empathetic, which allows me to open up.

Someone who is already going through mental health issues, has to take a lot of efforts and mental struggle to even visit for consultation and on top of that the counsellor adds more stress by demanding advance payment.

Went to Dr. Naomi with a mind full of knots and shackles -- but the sessions with her has left me with a psyche which can see beyond words and incidents. Now I am not overwhelmed by happenings around me.*** **** **** ** the therapy was that it has unleashed the creative side of me which had taken a back seat since long. Now I love the way I find time for my creative persuits and manage my day in general.There is less irritation , frustration and guilt with the decisions I take. I can rationalize my thoughts , there is less of emotions attached to them .

The tools she gave ( especially visualization and writing down my thoughts/ guilts ) have worked wonderfully. She is a very patient and non- judgemental person -- so an excellent and empathetic counselor. I would strongly recommend her as a therapist for anybody who is having a problem in enjoying life.
