Dr.Bedekar Hospital is one of the oldest hospital in Thane. It was started about 60 years back in 1950, just three years after the Independence of India in 1947. Vasudeo Narayan Bedekar Founded the Hospital. Dr. Vijay Bedekar joined him in the year 1975 after obtaining his post graduation in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Vijay Bedekar not only modernize the hospital but also continued commitment of his father to educational and social causes with equal or more enthusiasm. He handed over this responsibility to his elder son Dr.Mahesh in the year 2005.Dr.Mahesh Bedekar after completing his post graduation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, also completed his post doctoral specialisation in Laproscopic Surgery and Foetal Medicine. Dr. Anand Bedekar his second son completed his post graduation in Pediatrics and also obtained his super speciality in Neonatelogy. He joined Dr.Mahesh in the year 2009. He added Neonatal Intensive Care Unite (NICU) to the hospital.

*** **** ***. as my both deliveries were done in dis Hospital , very caring Dr.. Like other Hospital they wnt charge any extra charges , very reasonable , and i hav noticed nd experienced dis by my own. Dr. Bedekar is Thanes Best Dr. i suggest , There is request to all Brother/ Sister , Before visiting any other Dr. Do visit nd get experience .. They never do partiality to rich/ poor , All are treated equally wid love nd care 🙏🏻
I can say Their Whole Family is very kind, honest and Caring nd i think God has gifted for us all, I Pray to God to always Keep them Happy nd Healthy forever

Idk wether he was friendly or not but he just needs to talk politely and patiently like as a Dr , costs are too high as per services, **** *** ***** **** ************ *** ****** *** *** **** *********** ******* **** ** ***** **** *******

And charges were like anything. At the end when inquired for a bill. they wrote on a small prescription note and that was the bill.
On inquiring about the breakup charge, the receptionist was completely unaware of it.
Here, it says consultancy fee = 700 while he charged more than double (~1500).
