The doctor I visited (Dr. Maithilee Gadgil) is very friendly, professional and informative. She made me feel comfortable and explained the situation in a nice manner which was extremely helpful. She was not at all judgemental and patronizing, but very supportive and logical. Her guidance definately helped me. I usually get scared of doctors but I will definately go back to her for future treatments. Highly recommed her to everyone. Her staff is equally helpful and polite. Also, thanks to Practo for making the appointment taking process so smooth, quick and flawless. The wait time was hardly any. It was a good experience.

We approached Dr.Mandar Gadgil when my mother(70) was advised to undergo 'gallbladder removal' or laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The health issue was chronic and surgery was bit on the riskier side given her age, history of diabetes and Covid-19 pandemic. Dr.Gadgil briefed us really well, explaining details of the operation procedure, issues involved and possibilities of post-operative complications. Thorough discussions with him helped us take a timely decision and go ahead with the surgery, which was a success.
