I felt uneasiness and was admitted to hospital midnight , thereafter detailed examinations for next 24 hours were done and was diagnosed with acute anxiety and depression and needed immediate psychotropic medicines to improve my situation. I was aware of long term impact , habit forming effects of psychotropic medicines. So, on recommendation of family member, i consulted Dr. Kopal through video . I was in a really bad physical and mental state and had no appetite. I still remember, the 1st session went on for 30 mins and Dr. Kopal patiently listened to my problems and symptoms. She then, explained me her understanding of the problem, possible path ahead, time period for resolution of medical condition. I have to acknowledge that the way she tackled my problem, gave me a sound assurance that i was in safe hands and this health issue was solvable through homeopathy. Consultation is good, but doctor is currently located in UP, not Thane. So when you need urgent relief from pain or cold/cough etc, you can't rely on medicines that are sent by courier and will reach you in unknown time. PRACTO needs to improvise their system.
