I felt uneasiness and was admitted to hospital midnight , thereafter detailed examinations for next 24 hours were done and was diagnosed with acute anxiety and depression and needed immediate psychotropic medicines to improve my situation. I was aware of long term impact , habit forming effects of psychotropic medicines. So, on recommendation of family member, i consulted Dr. Kopal through video . Consultation is good, but doctor is currently located in UP, not Thane. So when you need urgent relief from pain or cold/cough etc, you can't rely on medicines that are sent by courier and will reach you in unknown time. PRACTO needs to improvise their system.
