And we don't receive any call from the hospital that appointment is cancelled

The doctor was not available at the hospital despite the appointment being scheduled, which was a complete waste of time and money. The staff informed us the doctor doesn't come on Saturdays and seemed unaware of the confirmed booking. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

My consultation with Dr. Virad Kumar Bansal was a good experience overall. He was calm and attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the condition clearly and simply. I felt comfortable asking questions, and the advice was practical and reassuring.

My experience with Dr. Nisha Chauhan was good and she explained everything clearly. I would recommend her to others.

Dr. Sanchit Singh seemed very busy and did not give enough time to the patient. He was also not polite in his communication.

The doctor was not available during my visit. I was unable to have any interaction or receive any explanation.

I do not recommend Dr. S K Plaha. I reached the hospital only to find out he was not available and no one informed me about the cancellation.
