My mother in law came to Agra for general check up. While come out of Dr. Lal patlab, she was finding it uneasy to breath. Considering her condition we took her to nearest hospital considering her condition to Indo Gulf Hospital in a state where her heart was hardly working with oxygen saturation level went down to 35%. Luckily Dr Ankush Garg was there & immediately not only attended her but assured us that she will be ok . she is diabetic, with heart ailment and lungs infection. We thought of changing the hospital for treatment but he assured us that she will be ok. with in a day time she was shifted to cabin from ICU and discharged from hospital in 4 days time. with 3 follow up visits, now she is perfectly ok with the help of treatment & medicine prescribed by Dr Ankush Garg. I must say he is not only a excellent Doctor in NCR but for us he is God's ambassador for humanity. They way he discuss with patient and there family member is worth appreciating and your 50% problem is over. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. My recent visit to Dr. [Navdeep Kumar] was not only disappointing, it was deeply unsettling. From the moment I walked in the hospital, I felt like just another number rather than a patient in need of care.

I had booked an appointment of 6:45pm and this doctor met me on 8:30pm. I had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes while in severe, unbearable pain.

The consultation was rushed—barely lasted 5 minutes—There was no empathy, no proper examination, Instead of addressing my concerns, the doctor dismissed them outright and prescribed medication ******* ********** *** ********* ** ******** **** *******.****** **** ** ***** *** *** ******** *** *********** ********* * **** *** ****** **** ******* *** ******** **** **** * ****** ***

Doctor Navdeep is no doubt an experienced and renowned Neurologist. I was having a continuous migraine from days where the doctor understood the problem well and broke the migraine cycle for an instant relief.

I would gingerly want to mention here the Doctor should also tell the patients about the medicines that he is prescribing, if they may cause any side effects to the patient.

The medicines that he prescribed were so strong that my body couldn't handle and now I am visiting a dermatologist as my whole back is full of acnes and boils.

Te medicines stopped my migraine but then they had side effects which i wasn't aware of.

The very first dialogue I heard was “In this treatment It’s only your will power which can treat you, there is no medicine”. I knot this with my will power and started the treatment as he suggested, He is like Chacha Chaudhary who mix his logic with care towards patient. You only have to explain the way you are feeling and he will absolutely shoot the bullet at the aim. I only could Thank him but there are only few of them who save people lives with passion and professionalism. Their integrity towards their job is our strength to fitness. Thanks again. When I reached, Dr ankush was busy with COVID patients and came after a while wearing PPE kit. After taking proper Sanetization he called the OPD patients one by one. When my number came, Dr Ankush talked me like a friend. It gave me confidence, as being suspected covid patient, I was

quite nervous. He instructed me to make some test. In that horrible time he cooperated by every needful way. After returning home, whenever I made queries on his Whatsaap he replied well. I can never forget his great service to their patients in that particular peak time of Covid-19 second wave .

I first consulted Dr. Navdeep in 2020. I had high BP, which caused a momentary memory loss. Dr. Navdeep listened to me patiently and advised that I go for an MRI. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly. He explained the condition to me in great detail before prescribing medicines and exercises. Thanks to him, things didn't go out of hand. The medication and exercises have been really effective; my BP is back in the normal range, and I don't require medicines anymore. My husband also is under his treatment for high BP and cholesterol.One of Dr. Navdeep's best qualities is that he makes his patients really comfortable. Also, unlike most other doctors, he doesn't start writing out prescriptions before hearing out your problem in detail. Besides, he makes sure to follow up on the previously prescribed exercises in your subsequent reviews. I would definitely recommend you to consult Dr. Navdeep for medical issues, especially if it is related to neurology.

Suffered from extremely painful headache for many years. Thinking it's just headache. Finally after a rather painful episode decided to consult a neurologist. And made the best decision. He understood immediately that i had migraines and scolded me for waiting so long for treatment. Apart from prescribing medicines he also suggested lifestyle changes and exercises. i visited doctor Navdeep for my mother .He is very friendly doctor . He listened everything very carefully and suggested to undergo a MRI test . He waited outside his working hours for the MRI reports and very patiently explained us the problem and treatment. Nowadays it is rare to find a doctor which is such humble and compassionate .
