During my college period I had a very active lifestyle. Then I started my sedentary job, this is when I started putting on weight. I used to feel embarrassed when I used to meet my friends and family and they used to say you have put on weight, Then I realised it’s high time that I should control and change my food and lifestyle habits. I was aware of Dr Harsh through youtube but then one of my family member told me he left all his medicine for Diabetes, Blood pressure, Anxiety etc under guidance of Dr Harsh Bardhan which motivated me to Consult Dr Harsh to reach my fitness goals and in 3 months I lost 10 Kg.

First of all he is a great and down to earth, humble human being. Have a eagle eye clarity to see, understand the root cause of diseases like diabetes, sleep disorder, anxiety, constipation as I was suffuring from all before consulting, Thanks Dr Harsh and his ability to diagnosed the root cause of my diseases and treat with very less medicines.

Being, Highly practical approach oriented, energetic, positive framed, he can connect easily with anybody with an ease.

In March 23 my blood report shows Hba1c 9%. I visited to Dr. Harsh Bardhan. He asked me a lot of questions regarding work, Health history and some other queries . Then he prescribed me a medicine for diabetes and one multivitamin. After 45 days my Hba1c was come down to 7.1%

Which was amazing for me. Big thanks to him.

My treatment is still going on. Medicine are changed . Next 45 days I will again check my Hba1c hopefully it should be come to normal.

Consulting with Dr harsh from last 1 years, he completed stop medicine for diabetes and blood pressure which I was taking from last 10 years, thanks Dr Harsh from bottom of heart, I was very surprised when he just checked my pulse and tell me all about my diseases and suffering,very knowledgeable and practical approach, he suggested very small changes in my life style I defeat my diabetes

**** ******* I have been taking nearly 18 medicine in a day , now after details discussion regarding all the medications , he recommended only 8 medicines & 3 SOS medicines which will be reviewed in next 10 days . He had spend lot of time to conclude this .I highly recommend him

In my first visit, he stopped me taking Insulin Toujeo(inj) 30 units/ day completely and Inj Novomix 30 was reduced from 24 units to 18 units/day and prescribed some tablets. The next day my fasting sugar came out @110 which previously was of the order of 180-250. The cost of medicines I had been taking was also reduced to one-fourth!! The treatment is going on and I am very hopeful of a positive outcome.

Very disappointing consultation. Felt like whole time I was being rushed. No history asked, no explanation of anything was provided. Everytime I asked a question, a simple answer ‘I have looked at your report thrice, just take medicine’ was provided. No explanation was being provided for any queries. The checkup was over in less than 5 minutes. Would not recommend.

The doctor came very late. Then he was not listening properly and was not interested in hearing the problem. Just said come after fifteen days and my staff will explain the medicine. Other patients are waiting so I can’t talk with you anymore. Very unfriendly *** ************** *********

The staff didn’t know any details about medicine and very confused.

Highly disappointed in the overall experience. Will never recommend to anyone.

I have been taking his prescription for long time and sharing how i got relief from him. He is very patient and gives ample of time to all his patients. His clinic is also very good and well organized. Doctor harsh bardhan's aim is to reduce the level of your medicine and reverse your diabetes, stress, sleep disorder and help you to live a natural and healthy life. Would definitely recommend him and his clinic.

I would suggest no one to go here. Firstly the doctor made us wait for more than 30 mins while my mothers temperature was rising through the roof.

Please do not go get treatment here. Also the consultation charges are 1200 and valid for just 2 days.
